The UNCTAD’s flagship report for the least developed countries (LDCs) was published on 27 September 2021. This annual report provides a comprehensive and authoritative source of socio-economic analysis and data on the world’s most impoverished countries. It is intended for a broad readership of governments, policy makers, researchers and all those involved with LDCs’ development policies. As a graduating LDC, the report will have important insights about Bangladesh’s current socio-economic situation, which would help the country in devising its smooth and sustainable transition strategy. The report was locally launched by UNCATD in collaboration with the UN Resident Coordinator’s Office (UNRCO) in Bangladesh on the same day of global publication - 27 September 2021.
