Bangladesh Humanitarian Bulletin Issue #1
The Humanitarian Bulletin aims to highlight the humanitarian community's work in Bangladesh, including key developments, good practices, and emerging priorities, while also elevating key advocacy messages. The editions will showcase the work from international and national NGOs, local NGOs and civil society organisations, UN agencies, Government counterparts and other humanitarian partners.
This first edition of the Humanitarian Bulletin focuses on anticipatory action as the cyclone season approaches, highlighting the coordination efforts underway to deliver faster and more effectively to the most vulnerable. It also showcases the Gender in Humanitarian Action (GiHA) Chapter's good practices during the recent earthquake in Satkhira, and provides an overview of the significant progress made on Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA) since 2024.
